A rep from the company Prairie Naturals paid us a visit at the store a couple of weeks ago and shared an incredibly yummy recipe for a healthier Pina Colada. If you wanted to add alcohol, fee free but it would somewhat defeat the purpose of making a healthy cocktail 🙂
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup Coconut Milk (canned, you want all the healthy fats)
1/2 teaspoon Aqua Greens ( or any other Spirulina/Chlorella combination)
Pulse all ingredients on high in a blender for 60 seconds. Garnish any way you wish, I added shredded coconut. Serve cold. Makes 1 large serving.
